Deployed USAF with no service. Can I suspend my service?

I’m currently deployed with no idea when I’ll be back. There is absolutely no service out here. I’m basically paying $175/mo for my 7 yr old son’s iPad that he uses when he’s not in summer camp...and he should only be connected to Wi-Fi unless he’s traveling. I couldn’t find an email address, the wifi here is shaky so I haven’t been able to chat with ATT. Can I please get a response from ATT through my email?

@Mr.Rowe You could have applies for military suspension or service prior to leaving. See link below for military cancellation/suspension. Don’t know why the military is not informing military members on this service offered by all wireless carriers. Should be part of the out processing process for PCS or TDY deployments (if they still call this, I retired 27 years ago)

ATT does not do customer support via email. No customer support email address exists. If you wish to put your account on military hold/cancel, you can do that by email. See info here: https://www.att.com/support/article/wireless/KM1045509/
