Error on my billing statement

I just paid the proper charge to me of $138.66.  Your webpage told me to pay the additional $12.00 that is in error.  Therefore I will not pay that late fee, because my payment was not late.  I have two different accounts with AT&T and your accounting department apparently doesn't know that and is receiving my payment on time, but hasn't figured it out yet.  This makes twice that AT&T has tried to do this to me, but I will not pay any more of these fees.  If I have to switch carriers for 2 cellphones, internet, wireless, and DIRECTV in order for me to be treated properly, I certainly will do it.  Your response is requested soon in order for me to start looking at other carriers if you force me to do it.
