The international plan was $10 per day last I used it (less than a year ago) and I am now being charged more. Is there any way to stick with my original price and/or add a military discount due to traveling on military orders?

The cost for international day pass went up on May 14th to $12 per day There is no military discount.
Active duty military members can unlock their phone even though they are still not paid off and use a non AT&T SIM card
You do need to submit your deployment orders or proof of active military service to unlock an unpaid phone
