There's no such thing as a discount for being disabled. There are discounts for military veterans and active service members.

If someone qualifies for SNAP or other low income programs, they would also qualify for government subsidized cell phone or internet service.    Has nothing to do with an AT&T discount and everything to do with government programs.

Are you asking about wireless (cell phone) discounts, home phone (landline) or internet discounts?  Discounts vary by service and qualifications.  There is not a specific discount for disabled.

AT&T Lifeline is income based and provides a discount for internet and phone service.

Access by AT&T provides a discount for internet to those on SNAP.

Emergency Broadband Benefit (EBB) is a temporary discount (Covid related) and it is for Prepaid wireless and internet.
