Military deployment phone payoff

I was told that if my husband’s deployment orders were sent in his line would be suspended and his phone would be paid off. Well now I have a huge bill because they’re wanting us to pay it off and won’t do anything about it. And he’s he’s had the phone longer than 90 days

Suspending does not stop charges I think it only is 10 dollars less per month. They don’t pay off your phone or bill. The only thing they do is allow you to unlock the phone for use of the network where it’s deployed.

@Woodward19  Did your husband purchase the phone prior to receiving deployment orders?   Please read the paragraph on installment plans in the link below.

When you put a line on military hold/cancel, phone payments might be forgiven but might not. There is no guarantee, especially if the phone is relatively new.
