Military discount denied over and over

I have an issue with being denied my military discount that AT&T promised when the account was opened. Been on the phone multiple times. Took DD 214 into local store as it would not upload on site. Now they state they put the name of the account in my husband's name.. even though I was the veteran and they knew that when we signed up. It was their error. Customer service is a joke and when you request a supervisor..told they will call you back and never do.

I'm not sure why this is a puzzle, but that's the way discounts are The only exception is active military personnel can put the account in their spouse's name and still get the military discount.

As a veteran, or a teacher, a doctor, a nurse, or any other first responder the account has to be in the name of the person who is eligible in order to get the discount.

You need to do a transfer of billing responsibility to change the account into your name, and then you can ask to apply the veterans discount.  Transfer can be done online, I've done it only takes a couple of minutes
