Military discount

I have tried to get a military discount on my account, husband is 100% disabled vet. I have been to the store 4-5 times but after trying to apply they cannot help, stating it must be done online. I have talked  to numerous agents with promise but not able to help. This is now a month of frustration.  Please let me know if at&t  does not really give the advertised veteran discount. I tried to send dd214 so may times it is now blocked.

Make sure your going to a corporate store not an authorized retailer. Authorized retailers can’t apply the discount. A corporate store can apply it right away retroactive

They definitely do since I’m getting it. As noted, go to a corporate owned store. The dd214 is one document not accepted online. The discount is only applicable to wireless service. If you are trying to apply it to some other service, that’s why.

AT&T

We've reviewed your document, William.

We've got some bad news. After reviewing your recent upload, we can't approve your eligibility because verificationLimitExceeded. We've removed the AT&T Military, veterans, and families appreciation offer benefits and discounts from your account.

so for the 6th time I went o the corporate store and worked with a vey nice woman, who scanned the DD214 and thought we had it soled finally.  But today I received the above email that stated I’ve tried too many times, which several of the times were at the corporate store other employees  submitted online For me and I am blocked.

Sorry, I’ve never heard of there being a limit to the number of times you can request verification. Even if there is such a limit, it makes no sense if they are the ones messing up, which it sounds like they are. I suggest you escalate to corporate by filing an FCC or BBB complaint. The complaint will result in someone from corporate contacting you. I’m sure they will be able to override that limit and apply the discount.

As far as I know at&t gives the discount with no problem.
