military discount

I have submitted the required information to obtain a military discount but have not received any type of confirmation.  What do I need to do in order to receive the discount? The sales person at the time of purchase assured me that I would receive the discount.

If the discount code got applied to your account, there isn’t anything else you need to do. The problem many have is for some reason the discount code does not get applied. You should be able to determine if the code got applied to your account by logging into your account and look at your profile. If the discount is there, you should see something to confirm it. For example, I see “US Air Force member”. If the discount code did not get applied, present your documentation at a corporate owned store and if that still doesn’t get results, escalate to corporate by filing an FCC or BBB complaint.

@FBucci I uploaded my document online and received an email confirmation that it was received (took multiple times as I would receive the confirmation email then a little later received another email stating something went wrong and to resubmit document). Then a week or two later I received a Congratulations you qualify and the discount has been applied but it could take up to 3 months before you see the 25% discount reflected on your bill type of email. I also read the fine print and they DO apply a one time retroactive credit to your account (for the months you qualified for the discount but the discount wasn't applied to your bill). I would probably submit/upload or resubmit/upload your qualifying document online after you have logged into your AT&T wireless account. Hope this helps, Good luck!
