Military Service

I am active duty army and I’m stationed in South Korea. Prior to coming here, I emailed the military support email that I needed to cancel service and hold my phone number. No action was taken. I continued paying my bill after arriving to Korea in October until February. ATT has canceled my account, but I’m not sure how I’ll be able to restore my number when I leave here in a few months. Does anyone know how to do that?

That website says you can send your orders and request to that email address for processing, but it is not true. Nobody reads that email. I did the same thing.
