Military signature program

I am trying to sign up for the military signature program. I signed up back in July and got a confirmation email welcoming me to the program. It is now October and still have not been added to my account. I tried to sign up again yesterday as the agent told me but they got me locked out with the system saying I have maxed out the number of times I can sign up. Now they say I need to try tomorrow morning(Today) and if that does not work I will have to go to an ATT store (an hour away). What a surprise.... still not working! ATT is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I can't wait to be done with them. Is there another way to get signed up without having to drive an hour away like the agent said to do?

In the meantime, review the credit expectations:

  • Wireless credit applies within 2-3 bill cycles on the wireless bill.
  • Initial credits will include credits back to the date the customer adds/changes to an eligible unlimited plan and enrolls in an eligible discount offer, whichever is most recent.

In the charges section of your bill, you’ll find promo info. Expand each section and look for:

  • Single-line display that shows you only the net amount of the regular rate minus the discount.
  • Multi-line display that shows you:
    • The product and its regular rate on 1 line.
    • The product plus the promo description and a credit amount on a second.
