New Service - Military Discount
I recently started service and the sales manager told me I need to go to att.com/appreciation and upload my DD-214 for eligibility to be verified and the discount applied. I have looked all over the place and can't find a single "upload" button to upload my verification documents so it is applied to my account.
HELP!!! The design of the website is extremely frustrating.

the website is hit or miss more often miss, take it to a corporate store they can apply it right away retroactively

@jac2417 There are only specific documents they will accept online, the dd214 is not one of them. You need to present your documentationat a corporate store.

I still am not seeing where I can just upload my documents - I've already signed up for service, so signing up for service again won't help me.

You may have to take your papers into a corporate store.
