over charged!

1. My monthly Internet charge is $25, which is $38 minus $10 credit and $3 credit, see any of my bill before December. But, in my Dec bill, ATT removed $3 credit. Please re-install it and remove it from my bill

2. My wireless charge for December added rediculous equipement and add-ons, Please remove it! When we trade-in for iPhone 14 with our iPhone 12, ATT store staff told us clearly there is no additonal charges. We paid tax and the different prices to the store.

3. Our regualar monthly fee Internet plus three wireless lines is $179.98. Therefore, I only pay $179.98. It's ATT's problem to mess up my account. Please clean it! I wouldn't pay over charges and the resulting "late fee" and so on. I have been with ATT for so long and do not force me to leave! Since ATT over charge my credit card, I have stop auto payment. It's ATT problem!

Please have ATT billing support email me [email scrubbed]

addition to 2. ATT over charged me $247.21, rather than regular $179.98!

This forum is not customer support. No one is going to email you, ATT does not do customer support through email. If you have a billing issue, you need to call.

1.  What was the $3 credit for? Was it perhaps intended to be temporary?

2. Since you bought through AT&T, there is a $35 upgrade fee. In addition, the trade in credits will not be on the bill for 3 bill cycles. ~$70 more on this bill sounds about right.

3. There are ways to dispute a bill; refusing to pay isn’t one of them. If you don’t pay the in full by the due date, you are responsible for late fees, and eventual suspension. Also, the price you’re paying includes a discount for autopay and paperless billing. If you turn off autopay, you will be paying more monthly.

Long story short, with the possible exception of the $3 credit (the bill should say what it’s for), it doesn’t sound like there’s anything wrong.

$35 upgrade fee for every device you upgraded. Plus credits on your new phones don't start immediately

Let's meet in a Direct Message (DM) to look into those charges for you, jinglunzhang.

Please check your Direct Message Inbox for a message being sent to you. Look for the chat icon next to the bell icon in the upper right corner of the Forums page.

If you've made any recent changes to your account that can explain the discrepancies you're seeing in your bill.

Also, if you're expecting credits for your trade-ins, those credits will start within 3 bills after trade-in is complete, and will be applied in equal amounts over the term of installment agreement.

You will receive catch-up credits once bill credits start. Credit will not exceed the lowest of the device cost or the max credit amount as defined above.

It's possible to find these and additional details about trade-in credits under Important Notes when you visit AT&T Trade-in Program.

Make sure to watch for a message in the DM. We want to look into those charges for you.
