Scum and Villainy

Look, I am a 100% rated disabled Army veteran. I trusted AT&T to honor the deal that they made with me which was for two lines for 68$ US a month. I brought my wife and I's phones over from Cricket. It was a mess from the start! Not only did AT&T not honor the agreement, but I also spent the next 2 months fussing with support and billing that was actually for over 200$! I spent hours on the phone with support, until eventually I was told that there was nothing that could be done! My wife and I decided to cut our losses and go back to Cricket! I have never been more disappointed in a company than I am with AT&T! My wife and I live on a budget since my illness no longer allows me to work. Once I realized that they had scammed me out of much needed monthly pension funds I simply accepted it and paid the debt off finally today! Imagine not getting the promised bill amounts and having to cancel service, only then having to fork over 278$ you never agreed to! What YOU at ATT&T have done is nothing less than shameful! I don't have 200 dollars a month to commit to a cell phone bill! I will never use your company again and I will in fact gladly move to Verizon asap! I will warn everyone I know not to use your services or company! It took me several months to get this paid off but after going to collections it is paid! I suggest everyone who deals with this company that decides to take advantage of our nation's heroes think again and go with someone else!
