WiFi calling

Hello, I am currently deployed in Iraq so I put a line on my account on a military suspension. I want to turn on WiFi calling however it’s saying I need to get it approved through you guys. How do I do that?

You need active service to use WiFi calling. You would need to take your line off suspension. However, unless it was previously activated, you can’t activate WiFi calling from abroad. Even if activated, I don’t believe WiFi calling will work from Iraq.

We appreciate your service to our country, @Kristiana23!

We want to look into your query about using Wi-Fi Calling while abroad and your account voluntarily suspended. Currently, as @sandblaster already clarified, in order for Wi-Fi Calling to work your account will have to be active and Wi-Fi Calling service may not be available in your current area.

We hope this info helps.
