Hi, I am currently deployed to the Middle East with the U.S. Army, moving back and forth through Iraq at times.

though I had suspended my account, I think I am still paying a subscription fee

Please help advise.

My intent was to suspend my account during deployment as to not pay a bill on my American Number while I do not use it

This is a public forum. Please remove your account number. The military hold/cancel is not an account suspension. You actually cancel service and ATT holds your number. It sounds like your service was suspended, not cancelled. Service suspension does not stop being billed. See this article on military hold/cancel, there is an email address you can contact:
