You've exceeded the number of verification attempts for this program" Issue
I have tried to put in my Military discount several times but the att website has kept closing me out of my tab everytime I put in an order. Finally when i got it to work the website didnt remember me, even after putting my documents for the Military discount and tells me that. "You've exceeded the number of verification attempts for this program." How do I solve this issue and get my discount? (Note I cannot head to an ATT store as it is currently off-post and I am currently under training)

The online way often fails. Go into an AT&T corporate store and submit it. It will back date the discounts

I unfortunately cannot access a store as it is off-post and I must stay no-cost during my training status. @Constructive

Others have complained of that same error. Unfortunately, there is no known fix or workaround. You either wait until you can get to a store or wait for the error to go away or call or escalate to corporate by filing an FCC or BBB complaint.

Good luck with that one. Had the same problem with AARP discount. NOBODY could fix it. They told me to go to a store. I did, but they just cancelled my online order, and recreated it again so THEY could get a commission. What sleaze bags. They STILL didn't fix the AARP discount. I finally did fix the problem. I went to Verizon and cancelled my AT&T account.
