Max cannot verify account

I have a AT&T Unlimited account and have had access to MAX until yesterday, can you please advise why I cannot access!

Did you make any changes to your account in any manner since first activating Max? AT&T really has nothing to do with Max anymore because it was sold to WBD (Warner Brothers/Discovery) early in the year so Max is in control of who gets access now to their service. It could be that they are starting to phase out the legacy AT&T accounts that were migrated over to Max at the beginning of the year if favor of paid subscriptions. 

You can try this:

Contact Max Support at 855-442-6629, or go to Max.com, sign in with your AT&T login on a laptop, phone or tablet first,  and then create a Max username and password. You can then use that username and password to sign in on your television or other devices by “sign in” instead of signing in with the provider. That has worked for some but not all.
