Always SOS at home

My home address is an apartment located at 41043. Even though it is an apartment, there is no phone call. Until two weeks ago, there were two spaces, but now it is always in SOS mode. I have signed up for three routes with my two children, but I can't use any phones. I don't understand this situation. I hope you solve it

Reset network settings. If that doesn’t help you might just not have coverage there. Does it work on WiFi?

Hi there, we understand how important it is to have a reliable internet connection in this day and age, and we are here to help with information related to this case.

Let's go over the possible reasons for signal loss or bad signal in general. A lot has to do with where you're located. Hills and valley's/rural areas get less to no signal as there would be fewer towers located in the area you live in. This directly affects the frequencies from said towers reaching certain areas which maybe located too far off, which might be your case. Speaking about frequencies, you may have devices in the house that would be disrupting the signal within the space you live. A lot of devices like microwaves, refrigerators, washing machines all run on the same electromagnetic wave length as your mobile carrier. That said, this is prime for service interruption would be undiagnosed.

For additional help, let's look at a few troubleshooting steps for your case:

1) Reset your network settings. Doing this refreshes your service to the network.

Note: Resetting network settings will remove any saved Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connections that are saved, once the process is complete, you will need to add them back.

2) Eject the SIM card and reinsert it. This will remove any dust or debris that may have gotten caught in the SIM slot.

Next, you can look into our Troubleshoot and Resolve Tool on our website for a more personalized way to narrow down to an optimal solution for this issue you're facing.

Please let us know if this information helped in anyway, still face issues after the troubleshooting steps are performed? Please reach out to us and we can take a closer look into what is causing this.

Thank you,

Even if you do everything, the SOS problem is not solved. Now, only one SOS box always pops up. So calling is impossible. And our house is an apartment complex, not a single-family home. I think we need more base stations here.
