Apple Watch won't connect to cellular plan: "You appear to have more than one plan for your watch"

My Apple Watch Won't Connect to Cellular.  Every time I try to set upu the celular plan it tells me "Oops! You appear to have more than one plan for your watch".  I have tried several times to reset the watch completely, and "refresh" my signal and connect my watch to cellular to no avail using AT&T's help page.  Anyone have a fix for this?

Have you tried turning off Wi-Fi on the watch?  

Seems you have cellular active, so what isn't working?

No, cellular isn’t active because I’m unable to activate it on the watch as every time I try it gives me the error message stated above. It seems several other customers are having the same issue. This is a brand new watch purchase through  ATT.
