Error Code EDS4018 Samsung galaxy watch 6 classic

Att customer service and tech support has failed me repeatedly. I've been with the same issue for months and cannot get this series 6 classic watch to connect due to error code EDS4018 in the wearable app. Several hours on the phone with different reps and still no solutions over the last two days. I have a business account and ready to move to another company because of this. Currently on hold for 1hr waiting on a supervisor that isn't going to end up fixing the issue. My watch is not registering with the network and I've been paying for a service I am not receiving. This needs to be fixed today!

While posting this, the rep I was holding with for over an hour to speak with a supervisor transferred me back into the automated call system instead of to a supervisor. NO SOLUTIONS!
