So, Apple watch , Galaxy Watch Active2 and Fitbit sense are the best devices. All of these offer reliable fall detection technology and other health features. For budget buy you can go with Galaxy watch, Apple SE 2 and Fitbit Sense  - you can get these under $220 or less.

Regarding their reliability and accuracy - Wrist watches are reliable but generally achieve lower fall-detection accuracy than Devices that attach to your neck or torso. You can generally rely on these smartwatches but if you just need a fall detection device you can go with a proper device that attaches with the neck or the torso.  

Also, Average response time for emergency services with fall detection is 5 minutes and without a fall detection device is over 30 minutes.

Thanks for the info. I think medical devices are good but they have a monthly recurring cost. On the other hand, Fitbit and Apple Watch is not that much expensive and also have other features. I'll take a look at both.
