Fraud

I've just recently looked at my bill and seen that I've been paying for an Apple Watch that I've never order nor received. I've been paying for it since February 25th, 2022... Yesss 2022. I've tried to dispute it several ways even with the store it was ordered from. I've produced a receipt stating I paid my only Apple Watch. I don't know what to do about it, AT&T hasn't came to a solution. The issue is that I've been a loyal customer since February 2017. What can I do with this issue?

File an FCC or BBB complaint to escalate to corporate. Unfortunately, that’s what you get for not reviewing your bill. You are expected to report billing errors like that within 3 months, not a year and a half later.

If you have an AppleWatch, are you sure it isn’t just the cost of cell service for the watch?
