How to remove a series 4 Apple Watch from my account
My device says it’s unlock eligible but when I put in the imei number, it says it’s not an AT&T device but it’s on my account, been paid for for a long time and I need it unlocked and cancelled off my account but it won’t let me.

You will need to call AT&T to have it removed from your account.
