I don't have the link for ID verification

I never received a link to verify my ID. How do I verify it if I don’t receive the link?

If you're having trouble with verifying your ID go to a AT&T store and complete your order there. Any problems with ID verification result in canceled orders and red flags in the system suspecting identity theft or fraud
