First of all this is a public forum. Never post anything with personal info like your IMEI.
Second the message shows you have to wait 30 days and then submit a new request. It has not yet been 30 days. You just have to wait.

Ahora, necesito desbloquear mi dispositivo para poder comenzar a usarlo, hace mucho que está bloqueado, y no me sirve para nada, y siempre he cumplido con los requerimientos para desbloquear mi equipo. Por favor hacerlo en el mejor plazo posible, no dentro de un mes como me dicen ahora.

Hello! We understand how distressing a locked device can be. Rest assured, we are here to get you the information you need.
Since multiple attempts are made to unlock the device, it's locked for a period of 30 days.
After the 30 days periods, you can re-submit the unlock request on http://sm.att.com/71671948.
Note: It usually takes a few minutes to approve your request, but on rare occasions, it can take up to 48 hours.
If you don't have a wireless phone account? Make sure you select Confirm your request in the email we sent you, or the request will be canceled.
In the meantime, please refer to Review the list of eligibility requirements to see if your device is eligible for the unlock request.
