Missing Package
Hello, i had ordered the new Apple Watch Ultra 2 through you guys, FedEx states the package was delivered, yet i have received nothing. I attempted to receive help from FedEx but they have been zero help, as I only have a tracking number from them, all the other info is through you guys at AT&T. Is there anything that can be done?? This is very frustrating…

AT&T wont have any other information than what FedEx tracking shows. All you can do is contact AT&T, tell them that the package wasn’t delivered, and have them initiate an investigation with Fedex.
