Never use AT&T

AT&T sold me a watch that would not sync to my AT&T phone now they only want to give me half if what i paid what a rip- off will not ever recommend AT&T to anyone. Verizon is the best and i will be returning to verizon Thanks for nothing AT&T

Where did you purchase the watch, what kind of watch was it and what phone?

I have a Motorola phone and they assured me a samsung phone was compatable

Hello brigo11, we're here to help look into why your watch is not syncing with your phone to the network.

 

We would need more details to further assist you. Was this for a Motorola phone syncing to a Samsung watch? 

 

Non-Samsung phones running Android can also connect to Galaxy Watch and Gear. For the best results, make sure your device has the latest software, and be sure to get the Galaxy Wearable app from the Play Store.

 

The device would have to be a compatible device to work on the network.
