No Order Confirmation Number or Receipt

I placed an order for an Apple Watch Ultra on Monday, September 19th 2022 online. The order was placed and I was charged the sales tax because I will be making installed payments. After submission of order, I got no email confirmation of order but a payment was debited from my bank account. There is no order summary for the Watch. For the last few days I’ve been contacting customer service with no results. What should I do now?

Hey there @jeff_bennett7, we want to help you get this email, and make sure you can track your order too.

 

If you haven't already, we recommend you check the spam and junk folders of your email inbox. The order confirmation and receipt may have been sent there, instead of your normal inbox. 

 

You can also sign in to your account to find your order history, which includes the total amount of the order.

 

Please let us know if this helps you find your order number and receipt.

I found one item and the other item is strangely located in the shopping cart still.   The one item I found is on hold with an order number. The other item, for which a debit of $56 was made, is still in my cart. It’s as if I never made the order. See photo below 👇🏾. And I have the debit from my account as well below.

We'd like more context about this, as we want to make sure you're getting both your items. Please let us know the following information, so we can better assist:

  • Were you able to find the confirmation email for the item that is on hold in your spam and junk folder? We want to make sure you got your reciept and records of this order.
  • Did you order both these items together, or seperately? If they were ordered at different times, this can be why one item was left in the cart. 
  • Have you check your account on a browser, instead of using the app? We want to make sure this is not a display error regarding the app. Please try closing the app as well, and reopening it. 

Please share this information with us, so we can look into this further from here.

There was no issue finding the confirmation email for the iPhone 14 Pro Max but the one for Apple Watch Ultra is the one I’m concerned about, since AT&T took payment with no confirmation email. 

These orders are two separate orders: the phone order was made on the 16th and the Watch order was made on the 19th. 

I checked my account on the app and the browser. I still don’t see the order for the Apple Watch Ultra.
