Number sync keeps disconnecting

Every time I number sync .y watch and phone it will be synced up for a few minutes then I receive a message saying that I successfully synced the devices the almost immediately following the first message, I receive the second message stating that I just unsynced the devices when I did not. And it does this every time I sync them.

Let's address your wearables number sync disconnecting concern for you @

 

First, please make sure you have an Access ID for each of your wearables. Each wireless number on your account that uses Number Sync should have its own ID.

 

Also, you can learn how to manage your AT&T Access ID to find out if your ID is assigned to a wireless number and also assign or update your wireless number on your ID.

This is also occuring with me. I have an Access ID and i get the proper "numbersync turned on" message. Numbersync then works for 30 min to a few hours, then I get a message from ATT saying it has been turned off and/or is not available.

Over and over and over and over. Is there an issue with the service?

This is still an issue with my device as well.  I have the Galaxy zflip & the Samsung galaxy watch.  My connection only lasts about 3 minutes tops until I get the dreaded... you have suspended numbersync,  when I haven't done anything but turn numbersync from off to on. Any resolution?

So annoying.. Me too, after years working fine I have given up. I get connected with the messages indicating that it's successful and then within an hour or so I get disconnected with a message saying that I made that choice to turn it off, which I did not. My two devices are Galaxy Note 20 ultra and the Galaxy  watch3 (8AA3). Please advise before I change providers after 25 years
