Numbersyncing Nulling after activation...
I just received my replacement galaxy smart watch 5, other was lost/stolen. I had to get an agents help in activating it since the website kept getting an error. The agent asked if i numbersynced and i said it seemed to have connected fine but unsure. So then after giving details, i received a text stating "Youve turned off Numbersync for wearables. Calls and messages are no longer synced with your wearable."
But heres the thing... i didnt change the number i pay for for my watch... my phones number is still the same. (Neither prepaid.) Now i am having issues trying to numbersync! I keep getting the null error. I am able to start it via watch, says go to phone. I do, i do the next steps. Then it just sits there for a bit searching for the code on the watch to be able to enter on the phone to sync. Then goes to that null error i mentioned.
HELP!

We understand how this can be a confusing and frustrating situation. Let’s try to resolve the NumberSync issue with your Galaxy Smartwatch 5.
Here are some steps you can follow to fix:
Restart Devices: Begin by restarting both your Galaxy Watch 5 and your smartphone. This can sometimes resolve syncing issues.
Check AT&T Messages Backup & Sync: On your phone, go to Messages, tap More, then Settings, and finally AT&T Messages Backup & Sync. Make sure it’s turned on.
Set Up NumberSync Again: If you’ve already set up NumberSync and basic troubleshooting hasn’t worked, try setting it up again. Create an AT&T user ID if you haven’t already and follow the prompts to add your wireless number.
Update Your OS: Ensure that both your watch and smartphone are updated to the latest operating system. NumberSync is designed to work with the most recent OS.
