Order Fraud

I ordered a new Apple Watch from an at&t store last week on may 31st and have not received an order confirmation or anything. I've went to the store 4 times asking for updates or if they have a tracking number or a confirmation or anything and they just say the order says it's processing and tell me to contact customer service and ask them for a tracking number. I've called customer service 3 times and they keep giving me the run around, and I just got off the phone again and he said he doesn't even see that there was an order placed??? I payed sales tax and a deposit on it and they took 154.00 out of my bank account, I want my money back or my watch

Hello, @LawwwDawwgg. We understand how frustrating it must be to have no updates on your Apple Watch order. There are some steps we can take to check your order status. First, we'll need to find your order number. Here are some ways we can accomplish that:

1. Check your spam folder for an order confirmation email. Sometimes our emails are mistakenly directed to your spam folder; you might have recieved one, but haven't seen it yet!

2. Check your store reciept for an order number. If you recieved a reciept in-store when you made your purchase, you should see an order number located on it.

 

3. Go to your order history and sign into your AT&T account. Locate the order you'd like to check, and you'll find your order number there.

Once you locate your order number, enter the number and your ZIP code into the Track Your Order page on the AT&T website. Once you've done that, you'll be shown updates on the status of your order.

I keep checking me emails and haven't received anything in any of my mailboxes. I wasn't given a receipt in store cause their printer was down but they said I would get an email in a day or so yet still haven't received anything. My AT&T account doesn't show any orders or anything. I'm tired of calling customer service and talking to a robot or some guy I can barley understand, I want some answers or my money back, you can have the (Edited per community guidelines) phone back and I'll switch to my previous carrier.

@LawwwDawwgg  You posted this about 10 days ago. I'd put together any documentation that you may have, if any, and file a complaint with the BBB. That will get forwarded to AT&T Corporate and they will turn it over to a Manager in the Office of the President. They will contact you and you can discuss with them what your options are. They do have the authority and resources to handle issues like this, especially if you did business with a Retail Store.

Calling Customer Support with an issue like this is an exercise in futility.
