Promotional watches

I recieved a "free" galaxy 6 watch with my new first net account. Why am I still being charged for the device balance months after all my other promotional discounts were added. I pay $10 per month for the data connectivity but I also am being charged for the installments on the watch that was supposed to be free. 

I have tried to solve this through their chat function, as I cannot make phone calls during business hours. 

Why on earth do they send automatic messages every 15 seconds. I am waiting for a live agent, I do not need a false notification the entire time I am waiting.
