Rep reported my phone lost stolen

How is that you guys report Apple Watch lost stolen when I just got off the phone with you and you’re ready to activate. I was at the store, the representative even knows. But because I asked to speak to someone else because the lady who I talking on the phone with clearly got upset reported the Apple Watch lost and stolen. It was delivered less than 24 hrs ago Fed ex took a picture of delivery. You’re customers representative hate me so bad reported the Apple Watch lost stolen in transit, told me they are going to refund me my and keep the watch it cant be used. I wouldn’t want them working for. I get the hint, I’ll take my business elsewhere.
