AT&T Cancelled my Online Order Unable to Verify Identity & said for to purchase In AT&T Store w/ ID

I went to the store.  

They charged my card TWICE.  Said they can't see the payment.  They called my bank and the bank said they charged me twice and BOTH times it went through!


I am a NEW Customer!  I even have an AT&T account they created today but no phone although I paid for it TWICE!

No one in customer service will help you, I was hung up on twice today!  I have had to go to twitter to spread the word they are stealing money and not doing anything about it.

Having a charge show up twice is definitely concerning! This is not the experience we want for you to have when you are setting up new services. I am going to do my best to get this cleared up, and restore your faith in us!
