at&t does not care at all

This company has completely lied to me and ripped me off!!! I have been on the phone with them since Thursday  9/13/2018 for now a total of 15 hours and 23 minutes to be exact and nothing has been done at all!!! They have disconnected my phones my children's phones who do not live near me...I have given them $800.00 to which they have so many accounts they don't even know where that money has gone! I have had the same phone numbers since 2015 yet they don't know where my money has been allocated?????? This company is a sham!!! A joke!!! Except not funny at all. I have ID #'s of useless people I have talked to and still nothing! Every time I move to a different location they say I owe $1,000.00 plus dollars!!! I tried to pay my bill for 3 months but they said I owed nothing so I could not pay anything and then hit me with a $1000.00 bill. Now the main number will not even take my calls they say they are closed!!!! Closed a 24/7 service. Don't get tangled in their web you will not get out!!! I am a single mom that has to work 60 hours a week and I just want my children's phone's back on and off the phone with this worthless company so I can work to pay this stupid atrocious bill...I want to hear from the President of this company I need help and I am getting nothing. I said I would pay more money just to get their phones back on and I can't even do that.....I am one hacked of mother and I want something done!!!

If calling is not working, file a complaint with the FCC or BBB. The complaint will result in someone from the Office of the President contacting you. Hopefully, they can resolve your issues.

Sounds like you didnt pay for long enough for your account to be closed and sent to collection.  You can activate the phones with new numbers on prepaid

I want the world to know how insufficient this company is!!! I now have one more phone on and one to go but no answers to where money has been allocated! I ask for 6 months of statements from all of these accounts and I could hear the representative laughing in the phone and then muting it. His name is Arturo and he is rude and careless. I have been treated with disrespect and frankly after 16 1/2 hours with in a week now I am being very rude. I finally got a great rep today who has provided me with a case number and seems to care name James B. I want my other childs phone on today!!! It is not too much to ask.
