AT&T it is a LIER

I have been AT&T customer since many years ago, this month I had a problem with my money and I wouldn’t pay, so I use the option to make a payment arrangement, I got the time I need to have the money, but a week before the date of this arrangement ATT suspended all my service, he didn’t respect what the arrangement says, many people during year told me about change my ATT service to another company but I never listened and now the results, nobody at ATT wants to help me all they said I need to pay to reactivate my service and told this people what about the arrangement and only said the same and the same, so is going to be better if I stat looking to change to another company, all the people who reads this review don’t wait like me and change this is a bad company, I had many problems before but now this is the everest peak

As mentioned, you need to make arrangements BEFORE it is due, and it's always best to do that days before just to make sure it makes it thru the system because it's all automated. Did you ever read the TOS regarding payments?

Did you make the payment arrangement online before your account became past due?

Payment arrangement does have to be made before your bill is due. And it has to be made in your online account. The billing information, dates, and amounts are dictated by computer. Customer support It's not able to override the computer
