ATT refuses to unlock my 100% paid off cell phones!!! im no longer under any contract

they lie and ignor me... they dont want to unlock my 2 cell phones...  i paid off everything i owe ZERO... its been over two weeks and i called many many times and all they do is lie lie lie...  and will not unlock my phones.

If you are indeed out of contract, go to att.com/deviceunlock and make an unlock request. It should take up to one or two days for the phones to be unlocked.

In order to research your unlock, I need some more information. Account security is super important, so please send a private message to @ATTMobilityCare. Within the message, please include your full name, account number, IMEI of the phones you want to unlock, as well as best time and method to contact you.
