ATT sent my private phone records to my estranged husband

My husband and I are going through a divorce.  I split my service from his account back in November to my own private account and billing.  He recently ended his contract with ATT and when they sent his final billing, my account info and phone records appeared on his final bill.  Now he is using my phone records against me to harass me and stir up trouble with our custody arrangement and divorce.  I am FURIOUS that ATT violated my privacy and has put in in this position.  Who should I complain to?  This is a serious error.
