AT&T Thanks Music Pre-sale Codes

Help. What am I doing wrong.

 

I am on the screen where you put in your mobile number and billing zip code and it does not allow me to hit the SUBMIT button. There is a red circle with a line as I hover over the button to push it. I have put in my number without and with dashes. Why is it stopping me from getting the code? I am a wireless phone user.

I understand it may be confusing when you are unable to get the Pre-sale codes. I am happy to assist!


What I would recommend is trying a different internet browser such as Google Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, Safari (Macintosh), etc. You can also clear cache and cookies on the browser you are using.
