ATT worst experience ever. 10year + customer

I wanted to get my number switched to a new provider. Att asked me to pay $1573 of my cancellation which I did and they still never released my number to port to the new company. They took my money and didn’t give me what they said they would. I’ve had this number 15 years and been with att 10 years. I’ve gotten the run around and lots of lies I’m so over it! I’ve reached out to every department and no one has answers TERRIBLE service!!!

You make it sound like that $1573 is not all that was owed. ATT won't release the number until the entire debt is paid. If they told you different, then perhaps you have a legitimate complaint. If so, file an FCC complaint. Just curious, how does one's cancellation debt get that high?

FYI, At the time that was all that was owed because ATT representative also TOLD me that’s what I pay for final cancellation and I should still be able to port my number. That’s funny you ask why payment was that high maybe you should ask ATT who told me my monthly bill shouldn’t be high even though I had mulitples devices on contract. Clearly why I cancelled paid it and left this terrible company!! If you can tell me where to file with FCC I’ll do that!!! Anymore questions since you are so curious 🤦🏽‍♀️
