Bad Experience with AT&T. Still didn't get the resolution.

I have been following up with AT&T  customer care for an issue with my Iphone 6 that i bought 10 days back and no one is taking responsibility for resolving the issue.I wanted to escalate the issue but i was told that a manager will come on line but they disconnected the phone after a hold for 2 mins.

This is the worst behavior that i am getting from At&t.I have done all the trouble shooting that i was told to do by AT&T support  but not getting any solution for my problem.

Plz tell me why should i pay to AT&T when i am not getting the services that i was promised. And what about the time I am wasting and explaining my issue to a new person every time i call customer care.

ISSUE:

I am not able to send text messages from my new AT&T Iphone. I inserted my wifes AT&T sim card in my phone and I was able to send the text messages from her sim and when I inserted my sim back to my phone I am getting the error message. The conclusion by doing this is that there is some problem with AT&T not the phone.

Please tell me what should i do and whome should i contact for the resoluction.

Hello @ankurkumar1

I'm very sorry you're having some issues with your phone. Have you tried replacing a SIM card yet? I've seen defective SIM cards before, especially the ones that came with equipment, in many cases a new SIM card resolved those types of issues. If you need one, any corporate AT&T store can give you one for free.

If you tried that already, or it doesn't help, our team will be happy to help you with that! You can send us a private message by clicking here. In your message, please include your full name, phone number, account number and the best time you can be reached.

Thank you,

Dmitriy

Finally i have opted for moving out of the contract and bad thing is that i have to pay 325$ upfront now that i wanted to pay in 2 years. At&t support group closed my ticket saying that i told them that my issue has been resolved, i dont understand why they did that.. And if i tld them too that my issue was resolved earlier but again i am getting the issue again then they should investigate it again, but instead of that they are telling me that one day you are saying that your issue is resolve but next day you call to raise it again..i dont know why they don't focus on resolving the issue rather than teaching me what to do..i am really not happy with AT&T and want all my connections out of the contract. Please tell me who is goin to compensate the time i have spent chasing the issue which it is not able to fix. I want AT&T to answer this
