Can I get an AT&T postpaid account with SSN# (Valid for work only) because I am on J-1 Exchange visitor program in US?
I have already prepaid account with high rate and looking for postpaid one

Chances are that you will need to have a security deposit to get a postpaid account since you are an exchange student. The deposit could be as much as $1000. But yes you can get a postpaid account
