Copies of text activity from two years ago
I?m trying to get copies of text logs that are two years old sent to me. I had this done previously and paid $5 but now when I call they say they are not able to do this? Am I calling the wrong number?

(sigh)
So two answers from employees, to a customer who's trying to get information that's 24 months old and this is what she gets? W T H ?
You are doing the correct thing, you just get aren't getting the right answers.
Consumer accounts have access to 16 months of previous bills, and their usage reports in their online account.
The only way to get anything older than 16 months is to call or chat with AT&T and request bill reprints with usage detail.
If you have been unable to get someone with more upstairs than sawdust to listen to your request, you can keep calling till you get lucky, or file a better business bureau complaint online.
Better Business bureau complaints bypass Frontline support and go directly to the top. And instead of trying to call and get someone who knows what they're doing, someone will call you

Hello @Fallisjamie,
Thank you for reaching out to us, and we're right here to point you in the right direction.
Do, follow the below steps to check your usages:
FYI: Wireless usage including call, text, and data history is available for up to 16 billing periods. The content of text or video messages isn’t visible or accessible to anyone on the account.
Hope this information helps, if there is anything else please do get back to us.
