Fraud account

On 10/15/2018 an account was opened without my knowledge using my name and address. I discovered this on 11/4/2018 when I came across a bill for $172.73! I called at&t and was told the shipping address for the iPhone  had been flagged as fraud and the phone was not shipped. I asked the address and they just said Merrimack NH. So at&t knew this was fraud but still sent a bill. After 2 days on the phone getting it straight and getting a letter from at&t stating it was fraud a few days later I got a bill for $1400.00 for the iPhone they never shipped! Since this happened after talking with friends and family I know 2 other people that had fraud at&t accounts created on 10/15/2018! Seems very strange none of us have ever had at&t. All of us were asked if we had direct tv though..we do not. This company seems very easy to hack!
