Fraud when I already have account
I have a wireless account and two internet accounts with ATT. I tried to add two lines for my daughter and grandson, and ATT flagged it as fraud after I did everything they asked. This is very concerning, and I wonder if I should stay with ATT. I pay for it, especially when I can't make an order on my account. ATT won't give me any answer. I've been into a store twice, and they were even confused. Why was I flagged as a fraud? This is getting very irritating

Can you call customer care to do it for you? if the transaction is flagged as fraud it will prompt the rep to call fraud with u on the line. they will ask you a few personal questions and if you answer correctly then you'll be able to continue with the transaction
