Getting off my parents family plan

My parents currently have a family plan with 5 lines, my number is associated with a device on an installment agreement. I am getting married and starting a new phone plan at a different carrier with my spouse and am planning to keep my number. What happens to my parents family plan once my line is removed? Is there anything we/I will need to pay other than the remainder of the installment agreement?

In addition to no more phone payments, their bill will go down by the cost of your line. Depending on what plan, that could be anywhere from $10-$40 for the line fee.

Your parents will be billed for the remainder owed on the phone. There will nothing more to pay.

Thanks! Do we know if reducing from 5 to 4 lines will impact their base monthly payment? Or are you saying that the installment agreement includes all of the costs that would be a part of that 5th line?
