Help possible theft fraudulent activity’s

Help!!!! Don’t know who to call. I traded in an iPhone 8 Plus back in September At the at&t store in the willow grove mall. Willow grove pa. I have yet to receive credit for this trade in and have been getting the run around from the store manager. I have an exchange of misleading text messages from the manager that leads me to believe there is something going on. How do you get in touch with a regional manager?  I need someone to look into this and I don’t know who to call.

@Johnk215   Was the phone completely paid off at the time you traded it in? Were you trading to upgrade?

No I still owed money on it. The trade in was supposed to cover the remaining balance. I’m still paying for a phone I don’t have. I purchased an iPhone 11 pro through apple right before I went into the AT&T store that day.

Okay, clear up a couple things . . .

So are you paying AT&T for both phones?   (And just waiting for At&t to credit the last 3 installments taken after you returned the 8? )

If you purchased a phone from Apple, but did not use AT&T upgrade program, then you could not return your iPhone 8, in fact you should not have returned your iPhone 8 because you have to pay it off.

The next every year upgrade option requires that you actually trade in to upgrade. You can’t just turn in a phone and have the rest of the debt wiped out.

No I am paying AT&T for the iPhone 8plus only.  I financed the iPhone 11 pro through apple. I went into the att store With 2 phones and asked the salesman if they buy phones back he gave me a price and I accepted and he said my account would be credited. Also made some other changes to my service that day.
