How do I cancel AT&T Wireless Business account???
TWO DAYS of trying .... still unable to reach a rep to cancel my multiple line Wireless Business account. Wait times are 60-90 minutes. When a rep actually answers, I am told they either do not have the "screen" necessary to cancel or that I need to speak with another department.
As I am writing, I have already gone through two transfers and have been on hold 72 minutes since the last one.
So, how does one actually get an account cancelled?
And if you are reading this AT&T, I was cancelling the account temporarily due to business rearrangement factors. After this experience, I will never utilize your products again. What a disaster.

You have to contact them. No one here can cancel your account.
