How many plan to leave AT&T when your contract is up?

Im so mad I am seriously telling them to shove their contract and all their equipment where the sun will never shine.  In all my 61 years, I have NEVER been treated so badly by so many people.  I have had AT&T wireless since April and have not received ONE SINGLE BILL.  I actually paid two bills sight unseen.  But today my service was suspended because, as one rep said, I should know my due date is the 10th.  Um, gee, how can I know if I have never seen a bill.  One rep told me I could feel free to engage an attorney, another hung up on me, and after a total of 11 hours on the telephone with them nothing has been resolved and the only results I have gotten is a freaking suspended telephone.  A telephone which by the way, is linked to my alarm system.  I am 61 years old and live alone.  I have no way to call the police if I am in trouble or to call an ambulance if I need one.  And now my alarm company can't even reach me if my alarm goes off during the day while I am at work.

I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH AT&T AGAIN.  THEY ARE THE BOTTOM OF THE BARREL AND I REGRET EVER LEAVING VERIZON.

First, pay the bill. That's the only way to get the service restored, and that sounds pretty important to you.

Why are you unable to see the bill? Are you unable to access you online account? Can you log in but the billing area is blank? Have you requested paper bills?

You are not on a contract, at least not for wireless service. Your only obligation is to pay off any phones, otherwise you can leave at any time. I can’t explain why you haven’t received a bill, are you talking about a paper bill? If so, are you sure you aren’t signed up for paperless billing? Regardless of whether you get a paper bill or not, your bill should be available online.

All wireless carriers default billing is paperless.  The spurt of emails you got after signing up direct you to create your online access.

The emails notify you when your bill is produced.

They email again when you pay.

I encourage people to read the TOS, which includes how you receive your bill.

You have no service contracts.  Carriers no longer offer them.  But you have to pay off your phones.

I did all that. Had no trouble with direct TV, but even with AT&T customer
support walking me through step by step my wireless bill never shows up.
THEY EVEN SAID THEY DIDNT UNDERSTAND.
