How to get Account Number for Prepaid ?
As per the help, I'm supposed to call 611. But no menu item to get Account Number nor account information. Also no easy way to talk to a representative.

Greetings @aravindmr!
After dialing 611 please press 6 on the keypad to arrive at the More Options menu. Press 0 to speak with a representative then press 2. Answer a few questions and a representative will assist you with obtaining your account number.
